To support our fast-paced and dynamic activities, as a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible in purchasing goods to be used and/or rented out, evaluating and selecting vendors and suppliers, reviewing products for quality, setting up terms of payment, and negotiating contracts.

 

You will also be responsible in tracking and monitoring inventory, and make sure that goods are shipped and delivered in a timely manner, that they are packaged well, and that they are of the right quality.

This role will require you to travel between cities to prepare the logistics, coordinate with clients, partners, and suppliers, and deliver high quality output to reach the objective. You will also be responsible in inviting and selecting trainers and participants, as well as partnerting with local media and commmunities.
