Community Manager

FULL TIME - Jakarta

Indonesia is one of the country with the highest digital growth globally. Currently we have 132 million internet users with 106 million active social media users. Our market is growing exponentially, but our talent pool is growing incrementally. Code for Indonesia exist to solve the problem. We run activities that focus on nurturing local IT talents and preparing them for the global competition.

 

Our team is currently looking for a Community Manager which will be responsible for planning and conducting activities to engage community and expanding our network. Your responsibilities will also include meeting different type of tech-related community on a daily basis and managing communications and relationship with them.

Responsibilities
  • Developing an extensive plan and conducting ativities to engage and reach relevant communities.
  • Developing communication and engagement strategies with the goal to expand our network of audience within 10 cities across Indonesia.
  • Maintaining relationship with relevant stakeholders and connecting them with suitable program and activities.
  • Advocating Code for Indonesia and civic tech to the targeted communities.
Qualification

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor degree with a major in Communications/Marketing/Public Relations.
  • Fresh graduates/1 year experience on community management.
  • Communicative, highly energetic, and full of enthusiasm.
  • Understanding in Indonesia’s startup landscape.
  • Demonstrated passion for working in Indonesia’s startup ecosystem.

 

Preferred qualifications

  • Have an experience in building an online/offline community.
