Our growing team is currently looking for an General Affar who will be responsible in providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data as well as preparing reports.

Responsibilities

• Research information; copying & collecting information and provide necessary information for team
• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund.
• Managing filing system, updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and recording information as needed.
• Coordinating events as necessary.
• Managing receptionists, errand boys, security staffs, and housekeeping staffs's schedule and activities.

Qualification

General requirements

• Technology literate
• Capable of speaking / writing english on conversational level
• Already settled in Jakarta or willing to move to Jakarta
• Social and communicative
• Having at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
