KIBAR, a company that initiates Gerakan Nasional 1000 Startup Digital, has an opportunity for positions in the executive team that will be responsible to provide project support, coordination, and strategic planning for the CEO. This exceptional performer will get a bird’s eye view of a company and the opportunity to network at the senior-most level and the intricate process of our leadership team.


We are looking for a General Affairs that will be responsible in performing general office clerk duties and errands, managing and maintaining daily office operations, including building maintenance, security, housekeeping, and safety. You will be required to recommend and coordinate improvements to the office building as needed to ensure a safe, functional, and appealing space, which include reviwing, selecting, and supervising all vendors related to maintenance and housekeeping personnel.

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications; forwards information; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund
  • Managing filing system, updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and recording information as needed.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Managing receptionists, errand boys, security staffs, and housekeeping staffs’ schedule and activities.

Minimum qualifications

  • D3 Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major.
  • At least 1 year working experience as a General Affairs or related fields.
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint), email.  
  • Highly organized, attention to details, and ability to work under a strict deadline.
  • Willingness to work on weekend.
